I have bad video playing experience (videos are unable to play, buffer constantly or the video is black after some seconds)

All of our videos will be streamed with a modern streaming technology with fastest bandwidth to your location. 99% of our customers can play our videos without any problems and having a good experience. A small percentage of our customers are not able to play or having a bad experience in playing our videos.

Example sympsoms:

  • The video is buffering all the time
  • Video is black after some seconds
  • You receive the "Error loading player: No playable sources found" error message on the player.

One of the main reasons were a firewall which blocked HLS streaming. Please note not all websites are using such a protocol for streaming, so it is not comparable with typical public streaming websites.

Here is a checklist what you should check, if the videos are not playing or buffer constantly:

  • Check your firewall sensitivity on your modem/router and/or computer.
  • Try to plug-in a network cable into your computer instead of using wireless lan (WLAN). The stability of the WLAN can significantly degrade when someone in the nearby area (for example neighbors) are using their wireless networks in the same frequency/channel. The standing available bandwidth is significantly reduced what result in continously buffering/loading videos.
  • Check, if you have no issues with your internet service provider like filtering/blocking or any other disorder.
  • Maybe your internet bandwidth is too small to play HD videos fluently. You should check your internet speed with a speed test like http://www.speedtest.net and compare your results with your internet service provider contract or upgrade your internet bandwidth.
  • You should whitelist hornykinkyboy.com on your ad-, script- and/or cookie-blocker or other activated browser extensions.
  • Use a modern and upgraded web browser to play the videos (e.g. Google Chrome https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/desktop or Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox).
  • Check, if you have the possibilty to play videos with your mobile device and/or through another internet connection/location.
  • Sometimes Smartphones with Android having problems with playing HLS-Streaming content. Try a desktop computer (MacOS, Windows or Linux) or download the Browser "Firefox" in Play Store.
