Will my credit card charged multiple times?
No, If you submit the payment form and the payment was not successful for some reason (e.g. incorrect CVV or missing 3D secure/verified by Visa verification, ...) you'll see some pre authorizations on your online banking interface. They will disappear in a few days automatically and will not be shown on your final credit card statement.
